Pathway Recognized for Superior Customer Service Print E-mail

Dealers' ChoiceESTA (the Entertainment Services and Technology Association) announced the winners of the 2006 Dealers’ and Manufacturers' Choice Awards at LDI this year.

 

The Dealers' Choice Customer Service Awards offer ESTA's Dealer members the opportunity to publicly recognize those Manufacturers that provide consistently good customer service throughout the year. These awards recognize superior performance in the areas of customer service, shipping and billing, technical support and quotations / project management. ESTA Dealers singled out Pathway Connectivity for exceptional customer service in the manufacturers with 7-25 employees category.

 

Pathway’s  V.P. Sales and Marketing, Graham Likeness comments, “Recognition of a job well done is always appreciated, but it is especially sweet when it comes from as prestigious and discriminating a group as the ESTA Dealer members. It is also heartening to see that the procedures that we put in place as a result of the feedback gained from earlier ESTA Customer Service Surveys, has made a visible difference to our dealers.”
